For installers:

- Take real-time geolocated, blockchain-enabled and time-stamped photos and videos in two clicks

- All files that pass through CEERTIF receive without any intervention a watermark in the form of a company logo at the top and bottom of the photograph. (ocmprises the name of the folder, the file, the address of the shooting and the date and time. This procedure allows to make any deposited file non modifiable and non repudiable.

- Once the files have been deposited on the server of our partner bailiff, the hash code of each file (file DNA) is sent to the TEZOS Blokchain, of which we are a partner, every 3 hours, all the files received are retrieved from our servers and the client can obtain, on request, a Blokchain Certificate containing the date of the file's reception, the date of the anchoring in the TEZOS Blokchain and the link to the hash code. You can download the file from the platform and go to the "Verification des fichiers" and upload the original file to check the authenticity of this file. If the file is transformed it is impossible to obtain the certificate. This procedure allows even after several years to verify that the file presented is the original.

- You have access to your own secure consultation space which contains all your files created with CEERTIF.

- None of the deposited documents are used for marketing or publicity purposes, no resale or rental of your data is made.

For Agents :

When you have to manage several hundred files per day and check the information in the files sent by your installers, time is precious. On the one hand, your installers ask for the payment of their invoices and on the other hand, you have to make sure that each file complies with the requirements of the national center in order to avoid blockages during Cofrac controls or random controls of your Obligated parties. It sometimes happens that the work is not carried out in the rules of art or that the after-sales service requested by the beneficiary of the premium or the customer is not carried out.
